Opening hours and replies
We are open 9am to 5pm, seven days a week. Email is the quickest way to reach us, and we aim to reply within 24 hours.
What to include in your message
- The make and model of each item
- Its condition, including any marks, faults or missing parts
- Whether you have the box, power supply, cables or manual
- Your town or postcode area, so we can tell you if we can collect
- A few clear photos if you can, as they help us quote faster
How collection and payment work
Around Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Lancing and Shoreham-by-Sea we can collect and pay cash on collection. Anywhere else in the UK you can post your gear to us, with free postage on quotes over £250, and we pay by bank transfer within 24 hours of it arriving.
What we buy
Guitar pedals, synths, drum machines, samplers, MIDI controllers, studio hardware and microphones. If you are not sure whether we would be interested in something, just ask.
