You don’t have to live in Sussex to sell to Echo Exchange. We buy music gear from all over the UK — you send it to us, we inspect it, and we pay you by bank transfer within 24 hours of checking it.
How selling by post works
- Fill in our Sell Your Gear form with the make, model, condition and photos.
- We send you a fair quote based on what you’ve described.
- Once you’re happy with the quote, we arrange for you to send your gear to us. Your quote is subject to inspection on arrival. If your gear differs from how it was described, we’ll send you a revised offer.
- We check everything over and, once the price is confirmed, you’re paid by bank transfer within 24 hours.
Selling something specific? See our pages for guitar pedals, synths and drum machines, studio microphones and MIDI controllers and samplers.
Postage
Postage is free on quotes over £250. On quotes under £250, the cost of postage is deducted from your offer. We’ll confirm the amount when we send your quote.
Packing your gear safely
- Wrap it well in bubble wrap or foam and use a sturdy box
- Remove batteries and pack loose knobs, cables and power supplies with the unit
- Include everything that came with it, such as the original box or manual
- Keep your tracking number until it arrives
What we buy
Guitar pedals, synths, drum machines, samplers, MIDI controllers, studio hardware and microphones. We don’t buy guitars. Working or not, tell us what you have and we’ll give you an honest price.
